Dr. Nancy joined Kindness Animal Clinic in 1986 and has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, affordable veterinary care to pets throughout the community. Over the years, she has built a trusted practice centered on kindness, quality medicine, and a commitment to helping both pets and their families. When she is not caring for her patients, Dr. Nancy enjoys spending time at home with her husband, her beloved French Bulldog, Pebby, and her tortoise.
Leslie
Practice Manager
Meet Leslie, our Practice Manager! Leslie joined Kindness Animal Clinic in September 2024, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician. Her passion for veterinary medicine, combined with her extensive knowledge and leadership, makes her an invaluable part of our team. Leslie is dedicated to creating a positive experience for both our clients and their pets while supporting the compassionate care our clinic is known for. Outside of the clinic, Leslie is the proud mother of two adult children and loves spending time with her beloved Yorkshire Terrier, Tucker. In her spare time, you’ll often find her cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, throwing darts, or planning her next travel adventure. Her commitment to animal welfare, her team, and our community makes her a cherished member of the Kindness Animal Clinic family.
Elizabeth
Lead Receptionist
Meet Elizabeth, our Lead Receptionist! Elizabeth joined the Kindness Animal Clinic team in May 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience as a veterinary receptionist and a passion for helping both pets and their families feel welcome. Her friendly personality, attention to detail, and dedication to client care make her an invaluable part of our front office team.Originally relocating to Florida from Illinois five years ago, Elizabeth now enjoys life in the sun with her dog Emmit. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach, spending time on the water boating, or making memories with family and friends. Her warm smile and caring nature help create the positive environment
Taviana
Veterinary Technician
Meet Taviana! Taviana joined the Kindness Animal Clinic team in January 2026 and is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician certification at St. Petersburg College. Her love for animals began at a young age and has grown into a passion for veterinary medicine and helping pets live happy, healthy lives. As she continues her education, Taviana enjoys expanding her knowledge and gaining hands-on experience caring for patients and supporting their families. At home, she shares her life with her 4-year-old son and her beloved dog, Belle, who keep her busy and bring plenty of joy to her days. When she’s not at the clinic or studying, Taviana loves spending relaxing days paddle boarding and making memories with family and friends. Her enthusiasm for learning and genuine compassion for animals make her a wonderful addition to our team.
Crystal
Veterinary Technician
Meet Crystal! Since joining our clinic in February 2025, Crystal has brought her passion for animal care and her fun-loving personality to the team. As a Veterinary Technician, she especially enjoys caring for puppies and kittens and helping them thrive. When she’s not busy caring for patients, you’ll likely find her teasing her manager whenever the opportunity arises. At home, Crystal stays busy with her husband, daughter, their dachshund Riley, and two cats, Blucifer and Lilith. Her love for animals, sense of humor, and compassionate nature make her a favorite among both pets and their owners.
Jesse
Veterinary Technician
Meet Jesse! Jesse joined the Kindness Animal Clinic team as a Veterinary Technician in November 2024. She has a true passion for helping animals of all kinds and is especially known for her soft spot for strays and injured wildlife. If Jesse comes across an animal in need, there’s a good chance she’ll stop to help and do everything she can to rehabilitate it. As a veterinary technician, Jesse is dedicated to providing compassionate care for every patient while supporting both pets and their families throughout their visit. Outside of the clinic, Jesse is a devoted horse lover who enjoys mudding, boating, satisfying her sweet tooth with plenty of candy, and anything pink. Around the hospital, she’s also known for playfully giving her manager a hard time, which keeps the team laughing. Jesse shares her home with her two dogs—Rooster, a Bloodhound, and Cricket, a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. Her compassion, dedication, and love for animals make her an important part of the Kindness Animal Clinic family.
Emre
Veterinary Technician
Meet Emre! Emre joined the Kindness Animal Clinic family in June 2026 as a Veterinary Technician. Originally from Turkey, he earned his veterinary degree and gained valuable experience working with livestock before relocating to Florida with his family. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree as he works toward becoming a licensed veterinarian in the United States. Caring for animals has always been Emre’s passion. From large farm animals to beloved family pets, he finds purpose in improving the lives of animals while building meaningful relationships with the people who love them. His calm demeanor, compassionate heart, and commitment to exceptional patient care make him a valued member of our team. When he’s not at the clinic, Emre never says no to a good cup of tea or getting lost in a great book. He also enjoys exploring new places and making memories with his family. Emre lives in Florida with his beautiful wife and their 8-year-old daughter, and we are thrilled to have him as part of the Kindness Animal Clinic family.
Alexis
Receptionist
Meet Alexis! Alexis joined our clinic in March 2026 as a receptionist and quickly became known for the bright smile and positive energy she brings to every client interaction. Originally from North Carolina, she made the move to Florida with her boyfriend and their two cats, embracing the sunshine and coastal lifestyle. A lifelong animal lover, Alexis has a special soft spot for pets with unique and quirky personalities. In addition to welcoming clients at the front desk, she helps manage our social media, sharing adorable patient photos, clinic updates, and fun content that keeps our community connected. She enjoys helping create a warm, welcoming experience for both clients and their furry family members, both in the clinic and online. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her enjoying the outdoors, relaxing at the beach, and exploring everything Florida has to offer.
